"Found temp in fresh food section fluctuating from as high as high 40s to low teens. 18° in ff at arrival empty. Freezer low single digits normal. Also found heavy moisture in ff section and some frozen moisture in freezer, air leak. Found large air leak from gasket not sealing from the top inside corner down 8-10 inches. Adjusted hinge, raised ff door as it was too low compared to the freezer door. Also heated gasket to reshape. Gasket sealing. Ran diagnostics and checked thermistors. Both show good. Air leak tricking unit into running longer to compensate for warm air and causing sub normal temps. Unit checks ok."

"Unit not making ice. Customer has reverse osmosis system. Found no saved error codes. Tested ice maker and found it harvesting fine but not filling. Found ice maker fill tube frozen. After having doors open for a few min I found fill tube tawed and filling ok. Unit is set to 33 in fresh food and -4 in freezer. Contacted tech support and spoke to rob. He recommended setting unit to factory temp settings. He said if RO system is Below 35 psi it will weep and cause water to drip into fill tube, and cause this issue. "Natural gas. Tested unit and found small gas smell when using oven, bake or broil. You can only smell the gas when unit is in use and I found a lot of moisture on door and SOME on burner heads. Checked and found Broil oriface says 145. Tech sheet says it hound be 155 and Bake oriface says 50. Tech sheet says it should say 47. All other orifices are Lf 200 RF 180 Rr 100 Lr 140. Contacted tech support and spoke to Nate. After informing him of the situation, he recommended I try to locate the leak. There is no leak because when unit is not in use, there is no smell. Contacted tech support again and spoke to Adrian. After informing him of situation, he said that this seems to be normal operations for unit and that gas ovens may have a smell. He did not recommend repairing or replacing nothing at this time. Sr number (7736627104)"

"Took quick pics, found unit had a fill issue and a basket spin speed issue. Found the valve to have sediment in the cold line. Cleared out valve screen with warm water. Put screen back into solenoid and put unit into a diagnostic cycle. Found the unit to wobble all over found one of the front bushing had a crack and wasnt supporting the tub all the way. Installed new suspension. Ran on drain and spin, and leveled feet. Unit checks ok."
