The customer explained that it seems to cut on and off, the evaporator is clear from frost build up and the freezer section has always worked. "Took quick pics, found Units. Ice bucket was stuck in when I got the bucket out. It was jam, packed with ice and I said frozen the auger bar in the bucket so it couldnt move. Customer had just changed the filter looks like the icemaker I was having a low Phil problem and the cubes are coming out smaller and some of them were getting stuck in the arm but also did advise the customer take the bucket out every now and again and dump it since he only uses the icemaker a couple times a week some of the ice is starting to evaporate and freeze back together, causing the auger to stick cleared all ice cycled the icemaker unit checks. OK had Office run credit card for trip charge of $125 an email receipt unit checks OK"
