"Took quick pics found unit was wet underneath when I took the front kick panel off could not find a drip at first so I took the back off. Observe the hoses and the connections to the tub also felt around on the plastic at the tub to see if I could find any cracks or any separation between the clips. Everything looks tight and dry in those areas started feeling around on the upper part of the boot, and found that I could stick my finger through about a 2 inch hole on the upper left-hand side for the time being I did put Some gorilla tape on the end and outside of the books. "Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes, ran unit through diagnostics cycle, found the unit completed with no codes and didnt see any water on the floor. Took door panel off and observed the water markings on the foam and the tech sheet underneath is soaking wet. Ran a tough cycle and water the water flow in and out beneath the door but it never over flowed. I had some cascade packets so I threw one in there. It started to suds under the door but still never over flowed. I did raise the front feet some to make the front higher. I told customer I couldnt find a direct leak but its looking like a loading issue or over suding. Told customer if I were to change anything it would be the door seal in the bottom due to the fact they can warp over time and thats where the leak is coming from. Gave cust est of $335.43 customer agreed and paid $340.43 I gave her $5 in change. Ordering part for repair. ; ordrng 1 J13 (Job code) and 1 W10909089 (Door seal bottom)"

Customer stated unit warmer up in both sections and all the ice melted and leaked on top the floor. It started to cool back down sometime in the idle of the night.Freezer temperature is 12 and fresh food is 39. Test 3 low side -18 and high side 95. Step 4 RC pressure 0 and 100 on high side. Step 5 FC low side -10 and high side 110. Three way valve Ohmed out correctly between 45-60. Tech line suggested replacing three way valve and filter dryer due to partial restriction in the system. Will need to flush out lines after removing refrigerant per tech line recommendations. Ice maker production may be slow or non existent due to cooling issue until repaired. Found entire oven will not turn on or light up but surface elements working. Unit has never operated. Pulled out and checked supply voltage. 238 v L2 to N and ground. No voltage L1 to N and 238 v L1 to L2. Voltage is correct when disconnected but adding load to circuit correct voltage and N not present. No voltage N to G. Outlet has been installed since oven was installed. Advised customer to have electrician check circuit and make sure unit has correct voltage and N supplied while plugged in.

"Customer stated unit would not select cycles when turning knob lights flashing on and off and beeping, acting erratic. Unplugging unit made that stop but customer was still concerned something may be wrong. Checked fault codes. F2E1 key fault stored. Ran keypad/encoder test.
