A little bit of lint came out but not a whole bunch. Took freezer apart to clear ice from evaporator tray and found a ball of ice covering the cap tube and suction line. The evaporator had a full frost pattern. Air is leaking from ff gaskets, found magnet exposed on right ff door and the flaps that overlay the mullion are ripped. "Customer states unit makes knocking noise and has videos of compliant. Slider ,rotor and stator all check ok . Ran high spin in diagnostics.unit began making knocking noise. Stopped unit.removed agitator and knocking noise disappears. Reinstalled agitator correctly. Noise hasnt came back. Unit has no stored faults at time of arrival and unit hasnt returned in faults in test mode or regular cycle.
