Customer states carbon monoxide detector in home went off last week. Customer panicked and called 911. Emergency services came out and inspected unit and told customer she had a carbon monoxide leak. Emergency services installed fans to air out home. Piedmont natural gas came out as follow up to emergency services and told customer she has gas leak in the to front burners. Both prior companies told customer carbon monoxide is at level 18 and told customer that level is unsafe .Gas off at time of service. No stored faults. Turned gas on and used gas leak detection device . No leaks found . Customer present the entire time and demonstrated leak test. Called safety team spoke with Dominic. No gas tag from gas company or paper work left by emergency service or gas company . Was advised to document no leak was found . "Took quick pics, found that the filter was just really hard to get in to the slot. You had to push this one so much it felt like you were going to break the housing but once I got the filter all the way in I did go ahead and fill that icemaker and the water is coming through the dispenser properly. Customer also has an issue with the right hand side of the freezer collecting frost and theres always condensation on top of the freezer door in test 40 and Tess 30 for both Molly and rails. Were on adaptive control turned them on to 100% all the time also added a little bit Of gasket extender to the top of the freezer door told Customer if unit continues to ice up on the side with those changes then we will need to replace the brackets would be $598.45. Customer paid $125 will call us back Id they need to order brackets had office run cc and email receipt"
