"Took quick pics, customer left water on floor to show me where it was pooling. Its all on left side in the front of unit. Pulled unit out and inspected water lines and valve. All look ok and dry. Ran ice maker and no water came from fill lines or valve. Found the bottom of Ff compartment was full of water and its dripping through door onto floor. Found the gasket to the evap fan chute was disintegrating and dripping through vent to floor when unit is defrosting. Put thicker seals between the chute and vent. And sealed drip spout to drip receiver. Unit checks ok had customer pay for TC and labor of $279.99 customer agreed and paid by card office ran."
