"Took quick pics, found unit imk tray had solid ice in it. The ff was set on 36 moved it to 37 and fz was set on +4 turned it to -2 to help with ice production. Found the compressor to be pulling 1.6 amps which is in range also found dryer and condenser getting hot. Cleared debris from condenser. Found the ff evap had ice coming from the grille . Took cover off found fan not spinning properly and it wont stay spinning if you turn it by hand to start it. It just jerks a small bit. Would need fan harness for repair. Gave customer est of $386.56 cust agreed. Ordering fan harness and prescheduled for Thursday 10/19 had office run cc for full amount and email receipt ; ordrng 1 L14 (Job code) and 1 W11033168 (Fan motor)"

Customer describing a loud banging noise during spin. Able to duplicate noise by tapping drain hose on the back panel. Cycled diagnostics. No faults. Cycled spin. Spin basket good acceptable but minimal amount of wobble. Did level unit to center tub and add some padding to prevent drain hose from hitting directly against metal frame. Unit checks ok. Advised about best loading for optimum performance.

"Took quick pics found unit was leaking onto the floor from the freezer. Found the drain line and drain pan full of ice found the unit had the duck bill grommet on the drain extension in the back, The grommet head kind of melted together at the end, and there is debris in it, clogging the water from getting into the drain pan cut a V shape into the duck bill. Grandma took my steamer, cleared all ice and Debris cleaned condenser gave customer estimate for trip charge and labor of $229.99 customer agreed paid by check. Unit checks ok"

"Took quick pics found unit not always lighting in the oven on bake. Found the dsi having intermittent failure. Also found the cooktop lr and rr burners orifices are in the wrong spot. Tried to switch them, rr orfice head broke.
