"Customer said they were using unit and it started smoking from underneath and they had to call the fire department. Removed glass and found Harness (WPW10328397), to the right of the induction modules, charred. Contacted tech support and spoke to Tj. He recommended replacing charred harness, and said that the module itself could be damaged, but we wont know that until we replace harness. Sr number (7737361021). Contacted Saftey team and spoke to Dominique. She documented all findings and did not give authorization for repairs. She gave Reference number (7737217605). Quoted customer 279.35 to replace harness. Informed customer that further repairs may be needed, but we would have to start with harness. Customer understood and did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Left unit off at breaker, and advised customer not to use, or supply power to unit. Customer understood."

"Water turned off to unit when I arrived. Customer turned water off because water was dripping in reservoir even when unit wasnt running. Turned water on to unit and had trouble finding sweet spot on shut off valve, to give a good flow. Because water was dripping, this indicates the valve is unable to completely close. Once I was able to get water working, and tested unit in diagnostics, I found water valve not getting voltage and water level sensor was reading that reservoir was full, when it was not. New valve and circulation pump (water level sensor) are needed. I informed customer that due to the nature of issues, further repairs may be needed, resulting in further charges. Customer understood. Quoted customer 628.64 for Valve (W10897719) and Circulation pump (W11542867). Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Left water turned off to unit. Removed ice ball and could still hear noise. It seems to be coming from condenser area. Adjusted and found noise no longer present, at this time. "Found unit cutting off and on and showing SY CE. Disconnected evap fan and clicking stopped but nothing would run, condenser fan or compressor. Also water doesnt work but paddle sends power to valve and valve hums. Plugging fan back in all the clicking started back. Fans seems to be causing some comms issues but suspect fan is not the only problem as unplugging fan did not cause all functions to return to normal. Gave est of $428.28 to replace fan only. Repair cost could increase depending on whats found after installing fan. Customer does not want to repair at this time."

"Customer states unit doesnt cook evenly in top oven cavity, also says right side of upper oven cavity is hotter than left side of upper oven cavity. unit has no stored faults . Preheated unit to 350 with weighted thermal couple . Unit reached 350 degrees in 14 minutes . Customer present when observing temperatures on thermal couple reading. Live temperature in diagnostics matches multi meter . After preheating upper oven and showing customer that upper oven has correct temps . Customer than states lower oven doesnt cook correctly ether. Preheated unit to 350 and used weighted thermal couple . Unit hit target temperature in 15 mins. Customer also present to see live temp reading on multi meter and diagnostic live reading. Customer than states after she opens door she notices temps fluctuating advised customer if both bake and broil elements stayed on unit would have run away temperature. All components work as designed . Fans ,elements ,temp sensor all in range, correct power from supply is present. Customer makes many comparisons to previous GE unit. Called tech support and spoke with Jonathan. Went over finding with tech line. Tech line states unit works as designed. Cant change design to customers liking or preference . Just because oven doesnt operate to customer liking doesnt mean There is any faults . File number for call is 7737339353."
