Looks like air has been leaking through cavity and door there is condensation on the mullion rail between the doors. Found unit staying in defrost too long and changed control. Also sealed cabinet with rtv silicone. Cycled imk and found it cycled and filled normally. "Took quick pics, had customer start a load while I drove over. It was on normal with auto sensing tap cold and medium soil. Found unit was stuck at rinse and the rinse light was flashing. Canceled cycle by holding button in for 10 seconds. Water drained out and I put unit into diagnostics. Found unit is should 7-1 and 5-4 codes today. Did tachometer check in diagnostics. Both directions are responsive to the light movement. Found in manual test I can run all functions no problem. And can run recalibration cycle but normal stand by mode wont do anything but flash sensing light and leave the other ones solid. Wont start cycle now. Called techline spoke with Nate he had me do tachometer test again and I told him the codes I have today. He had me take a Mircofarad reading on the capacitor. Found it to show approx. 45 MF which is what it should be. Motor reading on the board side of the harness is 6.6 on both the red and orange wires. He had me unplug all dcv circuits and plug it back in found the unit does the same thing and wont start. He put unit in for product exchange and said the customer will be contacted sometime this week."

When we arrived noticed marks in the floor. Took pictures. Customer stated water seemed too cold and has moisture build up and has never made ice. Doors also do not seem to seal well.Went into diagnostics turned on mullion heater to eliminate moisture. Cycled ice maker and allfunctions pass. Calibrated control. Adjusted set points. Adjusted doors. All functions pass. Did not have to move unit.

"Found no ice maker error codes and all thermistors and thermostats checking ok in diagnostics. All fans working. Ice maker is completeing cycle but not filling. Turned ice maker fill tube heater on and found it getting voltage. After fill tube heater was on for about 5 min, it is now filling ok. Customer said they noticed this issue, after coming back from being out of town. Informed customer that this can happen, if unit is sitting with doors closed for a long period of time. I do not recommend replacing any parts at this time. Customer understood. Did not move unit. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Collected 125 for service call."
