Replaced leaking water filter. Measured aftermarket filters to try and determine if that was the cause of failure. Part of housing that was leaking was most likely the cause of the after market filter. When measured aftermarket filters to activation prong was 1/16 inches longer than O.E.M. most likely causing o-ring to not sit correctly. Recommended throwing away old aftermarket filters. Everythings performing as designed after taping up door wires and leveling refrigerator. Office will send receipt after card is ran for remaining balance of $258.25. Thanks

Suspect washer was going off balance. Releveled washer and let homeowner know to get an extension drain hose and fasten a loop to wall at least 3.5 feet from ground so washer doesnt siphon out water when it gets to a certain level. Also let her know to wash like type articles of clothing and to wash sheets by themselves. Tested after calibration on drain and spin cycle and everythings performing as designed.

Found unit not heating. Inspected unit. Found unit with good voltage 240. Checked heating element units heating element had no continuity. Replaced heating element from pre ID. Cycled unit through timed dry for ten minutes. All components working. Unit heating. Informed customer I found a lot of lint inside unit and removed what I could. Informed customer if he smells a burning smell on his clothes for the first cycle it is because of the lint that was left is burning up at the heating element but will resolve itself after a load or two and using air dry when necessary. Customer acknowledges and will keep an eye on unit and clothes for smell. All functions pass.

Found unit has condensation in freezer section. Found gap at top of gasket. Heated gasket up and used lubricant/sealer to keep gasket healthy and seal properly. Unit no longer has gaps. All components working. All functions pass.

Let them know itll take takes about three days for ice bucket to fill up with ice. Cycled ice maker then turned it off because they had ice bucket removed. Put ice bucket in after turning on ice maker. Showed them how to take off kick plate and adjust leveling screws to raise the refrigerator so its on a lean so doors close. Everythings performing as designed.

Customer now says unit gets hot in self clean .customer has Reddit forum on complaint . Sent all photos and information to Kurt . Kurt advised not to change any parts for normal wear and tear.
