Also had FAE2 vent wax motor error and F8E2 inlet valve error. Water is entering unit. Cycled drain. Pump gets voltage and motor sounds free but no water drains. Cleared errors. Pump had previously had obstruction which has damaged pump impeller. Multiple wax motor errors also stored possibly causing low voltage communication issues. Will order. "Customer states that unit will shutoff during cycle and after unit sits for some time and cools down it will restart itself, no action necessary by customer. Unit does heat. Customer states some loads have to be ran twice but airflow outside is acceptable and not slow enough to be vent restriction related motor overheating. Ran w/ comforter to try to duplicate. After about 20 min of running dryer shutoff mid cycle. Would not restart. 120v present entire time to and out of push to start switch down to motor. After several minutes dryer restarted itself. Motor appears to be overheating. Motor covered for 10 years and labor is covered by Maytag. Blower wheel is not covered but if seized up will have to be drilled off, ordering in case original cannot be reused. "Customer wants ice machine replaced. Customer stated unit is still leaking. Unit also making thin ice. Inspected water valve, auxiliary drain pump and hoses through multiple fill and drain cycles. No leaks found at this time. Ran diagnostic cycle and all functions pass. Started a new cycle and unit cycled within 9 minutes. Troubleshooter states this is due to an out of range thermistor or reticulation pump. Will order ice thickness thermistor, circulation pump and control. Submitted SR documentation form 7737406374. Explaining that customer is requesting a new ice machine.; ordrng 1 W11542867 (Circ pump) and 1 W11126268 (Ice thickness sensor) and 1 W11034363 (Control) and 1 MaorDe (Ma or De) and 1 U18jobcode (U18 job code)"

"Found freezer evaporator frozen over. Installed new freezer led and found light ok. Given nature of issues, I would recommend customer replace all controls on unit, including pantry ui, and freezer evaporator fan. Removed ice from evaporator. Led board (W10804160) power supply (WPW10624574) main control (WPW10675033) deli ui (WPW10769076) freezer evap fan (W11249952). Informed customer that due to the nature of symptoms, there could be further issues, resulting in further repairs. Customer understood.quoted customer 1809.75 to complete repair. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time."

"Found unit had continued to freeze in the fresh food section, regularly unit is showing 30? in ff. Cycled diagnostics. Thermistor shows good. Air baffle opens normally, unit has no diagnostics test to test baffle closing and sealing off. Freezer temp in normal range close to 0. Installed thermistor for ff section. Customer to monitor over the next 48 hrs or so to see if symptoms have improved. If not will need to replace damper in ice box. ; used 1 W10316760 (Thermistor) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit imk tray had solid ice in it. The ff was set on 36 moved it to 37 and fz was set on +4 turned it to -2 to help with ice production. Found the compressor to be pulling 1.6 amps which is in range also found dryer and condenser getting hot. Cleared debris from condenser. Found the ff evap had ice coming from the grille . Took cover off found fan not spinning properly and it wont stay spinning if you turn it by hand to start it. It just jerks a small bit. Would need fan harness for repair. Gave customer est of $386.56 cust agreed. Ordering fan harness and prescheduled for Thursday 10/19 had office run cc for full amount and email receipt ; ordrng 1 L14 (Job code) and 1 W11033168 (Fan motor)"

"Found ice build up on bottom of freezer floor, preventing door from closing properly. Inspected and found ice maker not installed properly, causing water to spill out onto freezer floor. Ice prevents door from closing properly, preventing freezer from cooling properly. Removed ice and corrected ice maker. Tested, observing for leaks and proper functions.
