"Apparently another company has been out and replaced some parts, but customer isnt sure which. Hot water turned off to unit, when I arrived. Found F8e6 (water hazard) F0e3 (overload) F6e1 (communication error). Ran unit through auto diagnostics and found unit completing without issues. Checked and found all wire connections ok. Outlet grounded properly and getting proper voltage. Installed inlet valve and found no debris. Checked pressure hose and found it ok. Contacted tech support and spoke to Jonathan. Explained to him the situation and he had me recalibrate unit and test unit. He recommended I go over, with customer, proper water usage and loading procedures and inform customer that both the hot and cold valve must be on for unit to function properly. Freezer still not frosting evaporator properly. Removed cap tube a blew out contamination with nitrogen. Pulled another vacuum and weighed in 5.75 ounces of 134a again. Ran test 4 again.
