Unit still hasnt cooled down. Fan was visibly locked up yesterday with customer acknowledged fan was bad. Unit pulls next to no amps. Unit has sealed system failure. Compressor Is covered under 10 year warranty. Gave customer a bluebook estimate for repair at $845.10 for repair. Evaporator is included in estimate . Evaporator may or may not need to be changed but recommend to have on hand as repair progresses . Unit will need to be accessible. Unit is installed into RV at this time .damage waiver will need to be signed upon repair . Customer to reached out to extended service provider while I was on site. Extended service provider asked for labor rates and break down of repair estimate . Advised customer and extended service provider rep we use national bluebook that calculates estimate.also advised customer and rep we do not do extended service contracts with this provider and we are unable to bill for repair. Extended service provider will work out details or replacement. Customer paid for fan repair yesterday day at $402.13. Customer had previous repair for main control at another location a short time ago. Customer to request form of payment from office for previous repair . Extended service provider to replace unit . Ice build up freezer floor and under drawer causing rip in cabinet as customer pulled out freezer door. Melted ice in freezer. Fixed door seal was new customer put it on a couple weeks ago. There were gaps in top corners of freezer door not sealing right. Gasket ripped off from bottom causing more air leak. TC 125. Labor charge 50.

Found bent fin on new evaporator has dye on heater directly under it. Pressures low high and low side. Will order parts. W19; ordrng 1 W11546692 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Dye drier)

Customer states that they can only get lid to lock if they push down on the lid. If this is done lid locks and unit advances thru cycle normally. Lid does not appear to be warped and strike is ok. No fault stored and lock operated normally at time of repair but per customer issue can be intermittent. Spin and agitation working during testing. Replaced lock assy. Cycled unit. Unit checks ok.

"Replaced compressor, evaporator and drier filter. Pressure tested with nitrogen and liquid leak detector. No leaks. Pulled a vacuum and weighed in 48 grams. Good frost pattern on evaporator. All functions pass."

Found freezer at-1 and fresh food at 38. No ice in ice container. Tested ice maker in diagnostics and all functions pass. Ran water fill to ice maker and valve energized but no water to ice maker. Tested fill tube heater in diagnostics and found no voltage. Turned power off to refrigerator for 5 minutes and re tested. Still no voltage to fill tube heater. Heater is powered from aurora board. Blue book estimate to replace aurora board is 729.00 water filter also needs replaced. Customer checking options. Customer paying trip charge today if she calls back and wants part ordered. Balance will be 604.00

"Took quick pics, found unit not cooling properly and the ice is melting and being made slowly. Found the thermostat put unit into a defrost about 5 minutes after it started cooling.
