"Took quick pics, found unit not spinning properly and its throwing the clothes to one side. Found when unit is in high speed spin the basket is wobbling unevenly and the basket is bouncing more than it should on the suspension. Found hub yoke had wear marks on the U and not holding basket onto shaft correctly. Gave customer est for suspension and hub. She declined the suspension but gave new est for hub of $329.33. Customer agreed. I installed new hub, cleaned the inside of the agitator and leveled feet. Ran drain and spin and high speed spin test basket now spins a lot more evenly and no longer wobbling in the tub. Unit checks ok. Had office run cc for full amount and email receipt. ; used 1 W10528947 (Hub) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit not dispensing ice but you can hear the motor humming but it wont push the ice out. Either direction. Had the door open and pressed down switch to watch teeth and the teeth never moved either crushed or cubed. Need auger motor and yoke for repair. Customer also had concerns of things freezing on the left side top shelf and under the ice box. My temp coupler on both of those spots are sitting about 36-37 degrees. Checked function of air damper and fans in diagnostics found the fan and the damper coming on and off as it should. Turned temps in the fridge up 2 degrees to see if that will help with the freezing of certain items. Gave cust est of $462.36 customer agreed. Had office run cc for $150 and email receipt customer will owe $312.36 on completion ; ordrng 1 W11671282 (Auger motor) and 1 WP63052-2 (Yoke) and 1 L14 (Job code)"
