Found one winding on stator to be 8.6 ohms in range and the other one bounces between 6 ohms and 12 ohms and will also so 8.6 and 9.2 ohms. Which is kinda in range but could be causing the electrical code. Also found the drain pump and rotor covered in gearcase oil indicating a leak from the bearings and could also because drags on the motor voltage. Gave customer est of $825.56. Also drain extension was off unit, possibly allowing warm air up drain into freezer. Reinstalled. Tried calling TECHLINE while at unit but system shut down for training per recording on 9/11/23 at 2:20-2:40. Calling for documentation once back open. Called when lines were reopened. "Cycled diagnostics. Passed all test. Ran 2nd time w/ full reservoir and unit showed reservoir full. Cycled normal freeze. Started first fill 1:23 started freeze at 1:33 pm. Within 10 min full swirl of ice already formed on evap. Freeze cycle ended at 1:57, 24 minute freeze cycle not counting initial fill/purge. Slab about 1/4 Spoke with TECHLINE (Derek) 2nd freeze started at 2:03 and lasted 23 minutes. Circulation pumps also stated making thumping noise twice and customer has a video of noise that lasted at least 20 min that was almost certainly pump also. TECHLINE advised water level sensor does play a role in ending the freeze cycle, which is built into the pump. Fill cycles also seem to time out and overflow reservoir for each fill. He advised replacing pump. SR 7737273743. Gave additional est for part of $127.73. Customer okd. Will order. Will have to watch at least 1 full freeze cycle when returning. N15; ordrng 1 W11542867 (Pump)"

"Found unit locks lid, unlocks like normal then sits and does nothing else, no buzz or hum from motor. No errors stored. Diagnostics and drain spin all do same when motor should run nothing happens. Capacitor has rust on both connectors. Replaced capacitor. Still same issue. No voltage to motor at motor or out of control. Continuity shows good. Drain pump did run in diagnostics.
