Customer is using liquid cascade. Cleared bubbles with cold water and rinsed drain line until the bottom had no bubbles in it. Started a cycle with no soap or rinse aid in the dispenser. Unit is working but customer isnt comfortable with the sound of the Freon moving thru the system and she doesnt think itll stay cooling. "Customer had ran the unit and water and suds came out from the front of the dishwasher, I ran the unit for several minutes and found a ton of suds in the unit. I filled and drained the unit several times to get rid of most of the suds, then ran the unit for about 10-15 minutes and got no additional suds. Maybe something intermittent with the rinse aid. There is water under the floor, per the mitigation companies. Customer would like a new unit. Will call tech line. Tech line stated with suds it is possible there is dish soap in the rinse aid.
