If error continues touch panel needs replaced. Blue book estimate to replace the touch panel is 810.00 Found rack not fully seated holding door open slightly at the top. Re installed rack and tested operation of bake at 425 and checked to see how hot knobs and console are. Now knobs are normal temperature.

Removed glass and found Harness (WPW10328397), to the right of the induction modules, charred. Contacted tech support and spoke to Tj. He recommended replacing charred harness, and said that the module itself could be damaged, but we wont know that until we replace harness. Sr number (7737361021). Contacted Saftey team and spoke to Dominique. She documented all findings and did not give authorization for repairs. She gave Reference number (7737217605). Quoted customer 279.35 to replace harness. Informed customer that further repairs may be needed, but we would have to start with harness. Customer understood and did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Left unit off at breaker, and advised customer not to use, or supply power to unit. Customer understood."

"Water turned off to unit when I arrived. Customer turned water off because water was dripping in reservoir even when unit wasnt running. Turned water on to unit and had trouble finding sweet spot on shut off valve, to give a good flow. Because water was dripping, this indicates the valve is unable to completely close. Once I was able to get water working, and tested unit in diagnostics, I found water valve not getting voltage and water level sensor was reading that reservoir was full, when it was not. New valve and circulation pump (water level sensor) are needed. I informed customer that due to the nature of issues, further repairs may be needed, resulting in further charges. Customer understood. Quoted customer 628.64 for Valve (W10897719) and Circulation pump (W11542867). Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Left water turned off to unit. Collected 150 for service call, via check."

When unit applied motor brake to slow spin cam outer teeth slipping and making very loud grinding sound. Replaced actuator and cam, one new actuator broken in box. Cycled unit. No unusual noise. "Customer state unit freezes food in fresh food section. Customer states un covered greens freeze through out entire section. Unit has tag on rc liner stating direction of air flow and sensitive areas. Customer has containers set up in unit to avoid food from being dropped between shelves. Customer has cut air slots in containers . Noted in pictures . Temperatures are set at 35 and zero. Changed settings to 39 and -2. Unit has average temp of 40 degrees in fresh food section and average 3 degrees in freezer using temp probe .. Steps 1,2 in diagnostics check ok . Air baffle check checks ok . Air baffle has been replaced previously. Customer states multiple trips have Been out for same complaint. Called tech line and spoke with Robert . Unit works as designed . Unit performs as designed. "Installed parts. At arrival frost pattern was mostly normal but evap on both top corners had frozen globs of ice that looked like it had been liquid amd frozen, possibly condensation. Found left side evap cover not present amd left side of cover loose at arrival, possibly causing air bleed contributing to issue. Heater pulls just over 1 amp. Secured left side of evap cover. Unit checks ok."
