All functions seem to do OK put unit into regular run my own nothing happened motor did not spin, it just clicks and hums, After clearing codes, found that unit repeated the 71 code looked in the service manual found that when both of these codes are Say together, its indicative that theres something wrong with the washer motor because the drain pump will throw in error if the wash motor also detects an error. Sump assembly is covered under 10 year part warranty charge customer for trip charge and labor of 254.99. "Took quick pics, found unit only showing off balance load code, Ran unit three diagnostic cycle found that all test completed as normal. Customer states that there is a fill issue, Unit is on a well system, but there was no debris in the screen in the water valve. Also checked all the valves with the meter found all of them to be right at 1k ohms. Which is right in Range according to the tech sheet. Ran unit on a normal cycle with the extra power button activated found that when it moves to wash, you cannot see any visible water in the basket and it only filled for about a minute. But if you run the same load without the extra power button activated, it puts in an inch and a half to 2 inches of water with no clothes in it which is normal. Advise customer not use the extra power button especially on the normal cycle and installed suspension for off-balance load unit checks OK; used 1 W11400156 (Suspension) from stock"
