"Customer complaint is unit is leaving clothes too wet at end of cycle and making loud banging noise in spin as well, checked all connections, all connections secure no break in any wires. Ran unit through diagnostics found no error codes activated all valves, all valves check good. activated drain pump, drain pump checks good. Activated agitation shifter moves into agitation properly and agitates. Activated high spin, unit spins fast but I did find one foot to not be leveled and not contacting ground properly re leveled feet unit spins without banging into anything or making noise all components activating perfectly. Informed customer clothes will not be perfectly dry and will be damp and that unit is doing everything it can as for other concerning noises the water inlet hoses make a slight tapping noise when washer is spinning and moving which is normal. Cycled unit through calibration cycle and then quick wash unit performed all functions perfectly. Unit checks ok everything runs perfect."
