Installed new turntable rings and glass. No more awful noise happening when running unit through a few cycles. All functions pass.

"Customer complaint is that items in fresh food section are freezing. Removed evap cover and found evap cover and air duct melted and liner also melted, from heater. Found frost ball formed on top right and left of evaporator, over defrost thermostat. Observed frost pattern and found it not forming, beyond frost ball. Attempted to put unit into diagnostics and unit wouldnt enter. New Air duct (W10919804) evap cover (W11024683) thermistor (WPW10384183) and Control (W10866518) Evaporator (W10836706) compressor (WPW10507886) and dye dryer (WPW10143759) needed. I found Control (W10866518) is discontinued. Quoted customer 1960.45 to repair sealed system and evaporator cover repairs but informed customer that we cannot complete repairs because control is no longer available. Customer understood. Collected 150 for service call."

"Took quick pics found unit had nine separate F8E1 fan speed errors stored. Cleared all errors and manual ran both fans. Checked the speed feedback under more information. Feedback on both is out of range according to the tech sheet. customer states when running both ovens unit will flip the breaker off when theyre over 400? ran both ovens at 425 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes together but I could run both of them separately before that only when I ran them together and it hit about the 15 minute mark it started to throw the cooling fan errors again and shut off function to the ovens. cleared errors again, and they just continuously came back while the oven was in cool down mode. unit still never shut off at the breaker. Ask customer to check the breakers and make sure they were both 40 A and they are told them it could be shutting the breaker off due to the breakers being week, and with both both ovens being on, it pulls too much amperage for the breakers to handle. But I could not duplicate problem so I cant be certain on that but typically if there is a ground issue in the product, it will shut off immediately upon entering a bake or broil cycle told customer and I would give them an estimate for the upper and lower blowers those are available, but if it did turn out to be a board issue, the main appliance control is no longer available. Gave cust est of $770.92. Customer will call us back if they want repaired. Had office run cc for $150 TC and email receipt"

Found blower wheel cracked and vibrating. Blower wheel is very close to housing at the top. Adjusted housing to have more space at the top and installed new blower wheel. Checks o.k

"Installed parts. Cycled unit. Unit behavior unchanged. Unit cuts wash motor off and on frequently, sometimes stops running motor for long periods, sometimes motor bumps but never runs and runs like its skipping or will start the skipping while having been running normally. Polarity correct, voltage to unit never drops. Circuit checks good from control. When motor should be running but isnt no voltage present between 2 light blue wires to one another but 120v present on both wires to ground. Spoke w/ TECHLINE Bruce. He advised behavior sounds like a software mismatch between motor and ACU. He recommended doing part research and ordering again. "Found gasket warped and causing air leak in freezer. used hair dryer on gasket to get the warp out and corrected gasket, units gasket is sticking, no more warps or air leaks found. All functions pass."

"Customer Found F0e3 (overload) F0e9 (off balance pause) F7e6 (motor circuit open). Tested unit in diagnostics and found spin basket engaged when unit is supposed to be agitating. Inspected and found cam stuck and shifter broken. Inspected pressure hose and found it ok. Indicated an issue with the control, for overflow issue. New Cam (W10721967) shifter (W11481722) and Control (W11556725) needed. Quoted customer 700.32 to complete repairs. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. "Upon arrival found washer display showing .20 and no keys respond. Found service key Turn key to service,hold cold key for one second when all lites are lit press warm key to initiate diagnostic test cycle. Ran diagnostics test cycle 4 times and unut still had a ton of suds in it. Called tech line about how to fix programming and add extra rinse cycle. Spoke to Drew at tech line. Corrected programming back to free. Ran a full cotton cycle and all functions pass.Finally cleared out all the soap suds. Recomends customer try a different brand of detergent, make sure it (he) and use one teaspoon per wash."

Put a load of towels in and found that when it gets towards the end of the spin cycle the drain pump will stop pumpIng and make a loud humming noise and the basket is trying to spin it with too much water in it still. Installed new drain pump and re leveled feet because customer had me move unit over a bit so he could access the hoses better, ran rinse and spin with a load of towels, unit now completed cycle unit checks ok; used 1 W11458345 (Drain pump) from stock"

"Took quick pics, found unit wont unlock, found when you try to manually unlock it it just makes a clicking sound. Took top off broke lock off, installed new lock and ran diagnostic test. Unit checks ok"

Found breaker tripping randomly with unit. Problem duplicated itself in the middle of quick wash cycle. Unplugged unit and tried to turn breaker back on. When trying to turn breaker back on breaker trips itself repeatedly without fail. Got extension cord and plugged unit into separate outlet. Unit runs perfectly now when plugged into separate outlet. Informed customer that he will need to get an electrician out here for the breaker or the outlet whichever the cause may be. the washer checks good and all functions pass.

"Inspected unit. Spot customer was concerned about was dried glue from the rear felt seal. Removed excess glue, but Im not sure that is the cause of clothes torn. Inspected drum and lent screen and all surfaces that clothes would touch. All ok. I did find a small paper staple in unit. At this time, the only discrepancy I can find is the staple. Advised customer to keep an eye on clothes after washer and then after dryer to try to determine if the washer or dryer is the issue. Reminded customer of the importance of not overloading machine and proper loading procedures. Customer understood. At this time, all operations ok."

"When I arrived I found unit on and power button blinking and max ice button lit. Inside unit was very warmand condensation was around resiviour. Put unit in diagnostics and resiviour would only fill a little bit. Checked and found bin thermistor 2.23k ohms. Heater had continuity. In diagnostics, compressor and compressor fan both came on, unit had good frost pattern. Found condenser coils clogged with hair. Removed clog. After doing tests, I put unit back into normal cycle and found power button no longer blinking. Monitored unit and found unit formed ice and dropped and cut it, and new cycle formed. Contacted tech support and spoke to Butch. He said power button blinking and solid max ice indicates a harvest failure error code. It appears as though unit was overheating, due to poor airflow as a result of the clog on coils. I advised customer to monitor unit for the next few days, closely, to ensure functioning ok. Customer understood. sr number (7738176564). Collected 150 for service call. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected."

"At arrival found freezer temp -2? fresh food temp 42?. Heavy ice build up on left side of the main drawer slide in freezer. Customer stated that ice maker in roof would leak down and ice maker stopped but they havent experienced warmer than normal freezer temps. No error E0 in test 56 and freezer has full correct frost pattern top to bottom of coil. Imk harvest completed normally fill tube frozen. Ran test 19 for several minutes, good fill. Ice box fan runs but no air flow can be felt out of fascia unless freezer door is opened. Also on left side of evap under that duct there was a large ice ball. Thawed ice then ran fan test again. Good air flow to ice maker. No air leak thru freezer gasket. Unit checks ok."

"Took quick pics, found unit wouldnt spark on broil or bake when I first got here. Pulled unit out and checked resistance of both sides of regulator, found them to show 214 ohms each. Found the wiring harness to be good and no pinched wires, found ignition bard intact and holes open on gas bars. Plugged unit back in and now both bake and broil are working. Let bake run to 350 and waited for auto reigniting. Will need dsi control for repair ; ordrng 1 W10860916 (Dsi board) and 1 L14 (JOBCODE)"
