Found in the text sheet that the amps should be between 3.2 and 3.6 on both the igniters and when you were in the bag igniter its only about 2.2 2.3 A found 120 V going to igniter also found safety valve had resistance on each side would need Igniter for repair also found downdraft making a scraping noise and it gets worse the higher the setting made customer estimate with 10% applied of 736.60 Customer agreed and paid half which the office ran card and emailed receipt. Installed new valve and advised customer put a secondary filter on cold incoming hose to prevent this from happening again because I let it fill a deep water heavy duty cycle and after that the new screen also had dirt in it. I did tell customer this will be a continuous issue until there is a secondary filter or the well is corrected ; used 1 W11210463 (Fill valve) from stock"

Get the cancel button to make unit going to drain cycle doesnt even sound like the drain pump is humming when you touch it you can feel a little bit of a vibration but its not moving any water and the drain hose half looks dry vacuumed out all the excess water took drain pump down and found that the chopper had broken him and crack the impeller installed new Pump also found this unit is under the cereal break for the deteriorating heater bushings installed new heater ran unit through diagnostic cycle unit didnt leak and it completed all functions unit checks OK; used 1 W11497943 (Drain pump), and 1 W11537778 (Heater) from stock"

"Took quick pics customer states that unit is making a squeak more so in the agitation than in the spin cycle unit did have some codes, stored some related to the drain some related to the film and then a load in the washer and clean washer cycle which could also be indicative of bearings being weak ran unit through every test in every cycle I could could not duplicate squeak. Also had customer put a large blanket into the drum to see if we could duplicate it with some weight in the basket and still could not duplicate issue. Told customer if she could get it on a video and call us back then maybe we can pinpoint where the noise is coming from but as of right now all functions look good in unit checks OK"

"Two quick pics found unit does not light in the bake cycle but the igniter glows ran The broil, broil cycle does come on And lights with gas. Found in the text sheet that the amps should be between 3.2 and 3.6 on both the igniters and when you were in the bag igniter its only about 2.2 2.3 A found 120 V going to igniter also found safety valve had resistance on each side would need Igniter for repair also found downdraft making a scraping noise and it gets worse the higher the setting made customer Customer agreed and paid half which the office ran card and emailed receipt. Customer will owe. ordrng 1 L14 (Job code) and 1 Wpw10201322 (Blower motor) and 1 W11596211 (Bake igniter) and 1 WPY707985 (Wheel dd)"

"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes, ran unit through diagnostic test found unit had no codes stored. Wrapped my thermo coupler in tin foil 5 times according to the service pointer and took 6 temps. Found unit preheated in about 12 minutes. Ran bake cycle to 350 after 6 temps, it averaged out to 333.5 degrees. Calibrated up 25 degrees and reran bake cycle to 350 and took 6 temps. Now unit averages at 355.6 which is now in range. Unit checks ok"

"Found evaporator frozen over, checked defrost function in diagnostics, which it works ok. The thermistor topped out at 10.45 kohms while dipped in ice, the thermistor was a little loose on the tubing, so I repositioned on tubing then I taped and zip tied to keep it from coming loose. Total for today will be 238.75. Did advise to watch for a couple of weeks and to call back within 30 days if they see any ice build up, if they call back needing the control the total owed will be 498.08"
