"Took quick pics, found unit showing 3-1 pressure sensor code, 8-3 hazardous water, 9-1 long drain, 6-3 acu communication error to ui. Cleared codes and ran diagnostic test, all steps advanced and passed. Ran unit through a rapid wash cycle, it completed cycle, turned unit off, checked resistance to all fill valves and drain pump they all check ok according to the tech sheet. Customer had a cleaning tab in unit when I got here, put it back in and started clean washer cycle, unit seems to be working now. With the codes that store stored, and the sensor code being shown to customer would need board and pressure sensor for repair, this could continue to be an intermittent error gave cust est of 702.53 customer agreed paid in full. Took quick pics found that the unit is showing it has a rest water code. Customer had cold water shut off at the tap due to the fact that it would not stop dripping into the tub. Installed another new valve ran unit through diagnostic cycle and through the fill part of a quick wash unit now checks OK

"Took quick pics customer had defrosted unit with a hairdryer so there is not any ice on the evaporators today but customer states that every couple of weeks or so they have to defrost it. Took both fresh food. And the freezer compartment apart so I could look at the evaporators ran test 4, Both fans come on the dampers open and it looks like the cooling system is working properly as in the three-way valve turns to each side and also closes when its supposed to compressor is running. Pulled unit out into thermistor read out from the board in the back found the defroster Mr. in the refrigerator section to be showing it around 52° when its about 34° in the unit also found the board is not sending adequate DC voltage to the thermistors will need parts for repair. also found the heater facia for ice box is showing OL and dripping into ice bucket. Also found door to ice compartment to swing wildly and hit the shelving due to the latch missing. "Took quick pics, found unit works except for the popcorn button and some of the other sensor buttons done. Found it throws the 4-4 humidity sensor code. Found the humidity sensor just bounces around in resistance. Also replaced board according to the tech sheet, installed parts. "Replaced part, verified water flows from the drip pan in fresh food section to the pan underneath the unit, all functions check ok as of now."

"Taking temps from dryer exhaust vent with house vent connected, temp setting on high, and on timed dry cycle. The temp would reach 190 and then would drop down to 127. I found the outside vent cover partially clogged. After removing the clog I rechecked the temperature, which was at 177 and dropped 121. Airflow is good. All functions check ok. Customer was unsure about what I was telling her so I called techline and talked to Rob, 7736419717, he stated based off of temperatures I was telling him that the unit was functioning as designed. The customer also asked why it seemed that the dryer would operate fine when set on the medium heat setting. Rob said that because of the lower heat that the unit is able to move air easier, he said that is normal."

"The temperature was perfect in both sections, asked where the food was freezing, she stated normally the stuff by the damper and under the damper, put into test cycle to run the fan and baffle, it came on and started to cool down, the air flow at the damper was between 20-25, which is normal and the air flow underneath the damper got down to 31. Air flow at the damper will be colder because it is bringing the freezer temp up thru the channel to the fresh food compartment, and when it comes out the cold air falls, it is normal operation. I could not find an issue at this time. Normally when there is a damper failure or thermistor failure it will freeze everything, no matter where it is."

"Took quick pics found unit between 31 and 35 degrees in ff section even though its set to 38. Freezer is 1 degree and set at 0 which is ok. Pulled unit out, found that the ff thermistor checks 4.4k ohms which is around 58 degrees.
