Unit would periodically fill up the bin with water from not draining about every 10-15 days. Unit would still have power and would be making ice properly until water melted ice. Flipping breaker would usually cause pump to turn on and pump out. Unit half full of ice at arrival and pumped water out properly several times. No sign of a back up in hone plumbing and pump could not be heard running at times when it was full enough to overflow. Estimate for pump already created. Replaced pump and cycled unit. No leaks. All other functions of unit checks good.

Customer doesnt mean that chime alarm for door being open after extended period chime he states its supposed to chime every single time a door on unit is opened. Unit chimes when going in and out of diagnostics and chimes when door is opened for a extended period of time. No stored faults. Called tech line and spoke with Steve . Steve advised unit is not supposed to chime when doors are open. Unit is only supposed to chime on key presses or extended period as a alarm for door being open . Steve can find no info on door chiming when door is opened. Steve states door isnt supposed to chime when being opened. Steve is sending information to product lead. "Found F4e3 (restricted airflow). Found unit had poor airflow. Found vent line kinked. Inspected blower wheel and found it intact, however blower wheel belt is dry rotted and looser than it should be. If belt isnt tight enough, blower may not be spinning properly. Quoted customer 357.89 to replace blower Belt (WP8544742). Informed customer that there could also be further issues resulting in further charges. Given units age, customer did not wish to proceed with repairs. Collected 125 for service call."

Customer states unit gets off balance repeatedly. customer states with smaller loads the worse unit gets .customer states unit works very different and much more sensitive than previous front loader. Unit has no stored faults. Unit passes calibration. Unit passes automatic diagnostic cycle. Liquid wash ring is present in wash basket. Unit is firm and planted. Suspension checks ok. Wash basket is stiff and suspension acts as normal. Ran unit empty in manual diagnostics high spin and unit performs as designed . Customer isnt loading unit properly .
