Have not duplicated an unusual off balance load condition when testing w/ or w/o load but an off balance load fault has been stored in the past. "Found coil not defrosting properly still. Customer stated unit operated normally roughly 2 weeks or so and repair was made 19 days ago. Cycled defrost. Thermistor shows good and actual resistance 4K surrounded in ice 2K at room temp, 77? techsheet says should read 2K ohms. Heater energized and pulling 1+ amp correct for r600 heater. Thawed ice. Made thermistor/ harness connection a permanent connection after installing new thermistor. Customer stated unit had not stopped cooling yet when repair was completed on 1/5 but it had been about 10 days unit was frosting up about every 2 weeks. Coil was not manually defrosted on 1/5 and suspect frost had started to build up to the point that even regular interval defrost cycles may not have been able to catch up to fully clear coil automatically. Every defrost test and function that can be performed checks good. Fully thawed coil."
