"Took quick pics found unit showing 72 variable speed, motor rotor locked. Cleared code tried to run unit through diagnostic cycle. It did fill, but then as soon as board went to turn the motor on it started flashing the same 72 code and beeping and wouldnt do anything else in the cycle found that the motor is showing 17 ohms which is out of range according to the tech sheet it should be between 7 and 12 ohms. There is no 11 code present so according to the tech sheet, we would have to replace the motor to fix the issue. Motor assembly is on back order. Customer is unhappy and would like a new one. Provided him with Whirlpools customer service number. Customer refuses repair at this time. Customer also requested the builder send him this information. I called the builder and left a message and he has yet to call me back."
