"At arrival found freezer temp -2? fresh food temp 42?. Heavy ice build up on left side of the main drawer slide in freezer. Customer stated that ice maker in roof would leak down and ice maker stopped but they havent experienced warmer than normal freezer temps. No error E0 in test 56 and freezer has full correct frost pattern top to bottom of coil. Imk harvest completed normally fill tube frozen. Ran test 19 for several minutes, good fill. Ice box fan runs but no air flow can be felt out of fascia unless freezer door is opened. Also on left side of evap under that duct there was a large ice ball. Thawed ice then ran fan test again. Good air flow to ice maker. No air leak thru freezer gasket. Unit checks ok."

Found unit will intermittently have a cluster of keys which dont respond. Panel replacement recently corrected issue for around a month before same issue returned. Witnessed failure at time of repair with normal key. Power cycle will sometimes correct issue. No errors stored. When keys respond and unit starts it completes cycle normally. Will order parts. "Took quick pics, found unit making excessive noise found the unit is sitting on tile and two of the feet are right between the tiles found. Those 2 feet had flat spots in the rubber was causing some shaking. Also found there is some noise coming from the gear case so when I took the cam down, theres black oil in the top of the cam pulley will need gear case to complete repair also will need suspension due to the fact when you push on the term, it bounces too much and it has a hard time slowing down; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 Q16 (Job code) and 1 W11130362 (Suspension), used 1 W11213957 (Feet) from stock"
