7736948955 Took quick pics down units power was corrected. I had the customer cut the breaker off to make sure it was totally off before I took it out. Took unit out and hand customer turn breaker back on with unit unplugged found that 240 is now in the correct position as are both 120s. Took panels off and did resistance checks to all loads. Found everything is checking correctly just like I did the other day according to the text sheet called Techline and spoke with Brandon. I went through everything with him and then we started talking about the plug and he said that this is usually a whiptail where it does not come with a plug-in and the plug-ins are added by contractors. Opened plug in and found both black and ran wires not connected and the ground wire was arced into the L1. Thats why after power was corrected it was tripping breaker. Advised customer get electrician to fix plug in or take it off completely and use a junction box per the installation instructions

Found unit still sweating on the top inside edge of freezer gasket but no frost inside freezer. No visible air leak found on gasket and no sign of warm air entering thru an area of the gasket where it is not sealing. Checked center vertical mullion temps in various areas. Most of the mullion is moderately warm to the touch. From the top about a 6-8 in area is noticeably cool to the touch and is in same location where gasket is sweating. Unplugged condenser fan and ran for approximately 5 min and checked again. Top section of mullion is still same temp as before unplugging fan. Rest of mullion got much warmer after unplugging fan. Spoke with TECHLINE. They advised unit is being submitted for review. SR 7736820968

Also found water dripping from the top of the gear, case the belt and the motor were all wet. Took back off and confirmed it was leaking from the gear case in between the tunit from the gasket. Took a video of the water dripping down off the top of the gear case. Gave customer estimate of $672.89. Customer is going to call whirlpool to see if they can get an authorization to cover the job.
