Unit makes slight vibration when drain pump comes on. Unit makes mild vibrations when unit is in use. Vibrating noise is bc unit is in a pedestal. Took top and front off unit . All components are in place . Customer present when unit was inspected .called tech line and spoke with Butch. Butch advised unit will make noises and noises may amplify with unit on pedestal. Unit is made of sheet metal and spins at 1400 rpms. Unit is mounted and installed on pedestal correctly, unit is quiet when unit is empty and in use. Butch advised this is normal operation.
