"Found the defrost drain tube clogged up causing the defrost water in the fresh food section to back up, cleared tube, verified water drains properly, also found condensation build around the edge of cabinet around freezer section, the seal is good, added some silicon on crack between the liner and cabinet. Also ice builds up around the ice bucket, everything seems to be sealing ok, leaving the ice make off for a few days to see if ice returns or not. Advised customer it maybe the ice maker fill, but she is going to watch for a couple of days and then if no ice she will turn ice maker back on to see what happens."
