"Found F9e1 (long drain). Jumped out drain pump and found it getting proper voltage but not running. Removed water from unit and inspected pump and found no obstructions. New Drain pump (W11396717) needed. Quoted customer 478.20. Informed customer that there could always be further issues resulting in further charges. Customer understood and wishes to proceed with repairs. Installed new drain pump and calibrated and tested unit. Unit completed calibration, but in diagnostics test, unit shut down during spin cycle. Now unit will shut down, its a power failure error. It appears as thought the old damaged pump shorted out controls. Control (W11419171) and user interface (W11478526) needed. Quoted customer 1283.66 to complete repair. Customer did not wish to proceed at this time. Collected 478.20."

"Took quick pics, found unit making odd noises when running. Customer states its. A low frequency hum that can be heard in the living room. Found the unit in a defrost cycle so I had to wait for the cooling system to come back on. In the meantime time customer states icemaker doesnt always make ice and when it does the bucket is frozen to the door and the ice is stuck together. Found there to be an air leak through the separator. Put thicker gasket around the chute insert and siliconed the insert around where it meets the door and cleared all frost and put ice box back together. When compressor came back on, found the hum coming from it a normal operational noise. I also put some foam on back panel to keep lines from hitting cover and making extra vibration. Unit checks ok. ; used 1 WP482338 (Silicone) from stock"
