Took pressures and found the hi side too high and the low side is in a vaccum. Couldnt find any uv dye anywhere in unit or drain pan. Called Matt. He said it sounds restricted. Unit is working but customer isnt comfortable with the sound of the Freon moving thru the system and she doesnt think itll stay cooling. "Customers original issue was no ice. Bin has a crack in the bottom side and door chute which sits under bin is warped so reinstalling bin on door is difficult. After placing service call customer noticed unit would buzz really loud for several seconds then unit would click off, this would happen about every 5 min. He has a video of this and sound is compressor buzzing then starter overload clicking off. Unit completely stopped cooling for several days but had resumed at time of repair, but only made 1 batch of ice. Unit is r600 and an affected model for premature compressor failure. Freezer temp 7°. Cycled diagnostics. E5 error stored. Cycled harvest. Harvest completed. Fill good after running fill tube heater for short period of time. "Installed parts found that now when you run the microwave, the magnetron produces a smell even though its still checking, correct on the arms took magnetron out found that the tip of it is still intact and theres nothing burnt or chard in the wave guide will need magnetron for a pair. "Took quick pic,s found unit showing 7-1 no heat code no other codes were stored. Cleared code. Found heater showing 16 ohms, ran unit through diagnostics cycle and reset heater. Found control sending 120v to heater. Ran unit through regular cycle with the high temp wash found that heater comes on during the wash cycle now everything seems to be working like its supposed to told customer if it happens again, I try to reset it like I did and if that doesnt work, we may need apart from their charge the customer 229.99 for tc and labor for both calls. Emailed receipt. Unit checks ok"
