Ran a rinse and spin cycle with no load and all functions pass. Ran a load of laundry on rapid wash per customer request. "When I arrived, I found rinse light flashing. Attempted to cancel cycle and lid locked and I couldnt unlock it, without unplugging unit and entering diagnostics. Found f7e1 (basket speed fault). Tested unit and found spin basket wobbling. Leveled unit. Installed new Shifter (W11481722) and control (w11607637). Calibrated and tested again. Unit didnt drain and when I canceled cycle, main control turned off and was blank and would not respond. Inspected drain pump,and found wires to pump kinked and indented in multiple places. Straightened wires out and put original control back on and now unit is responding. Wire harness (W11665967) drain pump (W10919003) and control (W11607637) needed. ; ordrng 1 W11665967 (Wire harness) and 1 W10919003 (Drain pump) and 1 w11607637 (Control) and 1 N15 (Job code), used 1 W11481722 (Shifter TS) from stock"
