"Unit was unplugged and off for a while, before my arrival. Tested each fan and found condenser fan not running. Inspected and found insulation blocking fan, preventing it from spinning, causing compressor to over heat. Cleared insulation from fan and tested. Found all operations ok at this time. Recommended customer give unit 24-48 hours to return to normal temps. Informed customer that if issue happens again, unit will need to be plugged in and on for 24-48 hours before our arrival l customer understood."

"Customer states that unit will shutoff during cycle and after unit sits for some time and cools down it will restart itself, no action necessary by customer. Unit does heat. Customer states some loads have to be ran twice but airflow outside is acceptable and not slow enough to be vent restriction related motor overheating. Ran w/ comforter to try to duplicate. After about 20 min of running dryer shutoff mid cycle. Would not restart. 120v present entire time to and out of push to start switch down to motor. After several minutes dryer restarted itself. Motor appears to be overheating. Motor covered for 10 years and labor is covered by Maytag. Blower wheel is not covered but if seized up will have to be drilled off, ordering in case original cannot be reused. N15 ; ordrng 1 279827 (Motor (motor covered for 10 years)) and 1 WP694089 (Wheel (not covered only use if seized))"

Customer stated unit worked for a few days then started giving errors again and not working. F9E1 product not draining error flashing at arrival. Also had FAE2 vent wax motor error and F8E2 inlet valve error. Water is entering unit. Cycled drain. Pump gets voltage and motor sounds free but no water drains. Cleared errors. Pump had previously had obstruction which has damaged pump impeller. Multiple wax motor errors also stored possibly causing low voltage communication issues. Will order. L14; ordrng 1 W11414073 (Vent) and 1 W11412291 (Pump) and 1 W11416362 (Motor pump assy)

Customer has been unable to connect unit to WiFi. It usually is not visible on network was visible once briefly but not long enough to be connected. Unit has no listed potential faults that are WiFi related and has no show way to retrieve SAID number that should be programmed into WiFi module. Will order module and antenna. Customer also has had uneven cooking on bake. Floor and flame spreader in place. Good colored even flame on burner. Will need to run and checked calibration when returning.
