Took back panel off and both evap covers, ran test 4 found the 3 way moves and the compressor running but no frost pattern formed on either evap. Tapped compressor and found unit in 30in vacuum. Filled with 5.5 oz of 134a found frost patterned starting to form sprayed big blue on coils and joints found there is a leak in ff evap. Gave cust est of $1,719.19 for complete sealed system repair. Customer is going to call whirlpool to see if they will cover anything additional. Had office run cc for $150 TC and email receipt ; used 1 BPV31 (Tap) from stock"

Uninstalled units agitator screw but units agitator/wash plate would not release after multiple tries unit will need washplate in addition to inner basket and suspension. Gave customer estimate of 537.51 customer declined estimate said it would probably be better to just buy a new one. Put unit back together and back in original position re leveled feet of unit to help with shaking until the customer buys a new one. Collected trip charge of 125.00.
