"Took quick pics, found unit showing no codes. The customer is concerned about mildew smell even after running bleach cycles and cleaning cycles. Took agitator off and pulled basket out. Found the outside of the basket coated in a film, the same film is on the tub and all over the shaft of the gearcase. Took off drain pump cover and cleaned the underside of that off. Customer is not using Fabric softener the soap on the shelf above me is tied and they do have gain powder. Customer states that they use the liquid tide more one of the tides does have Downey and end. Customer also states that they using about half of the cup of soap I told him to back it down to more like the second level on the cup. Call Techline and spoke with Robert. He went over water, hardness fabric softener, usage detergent, usage minerals in the water supply with me. I reported to him that we have soft water. Customer is cleaning it regularly with affresh and with bleach based on findings the deep, clean and backing off on soap usage should correct the problem. Robert @techline 7736560327"

Found no ice in ice container. Found fresh food section temperature is 38 and freezer is-2. Doors are closed and sealed. Tested evaporator and ice room fans and both pass. Tested all thermistors and door switches. All pass. The optics on ice level are slow to change when testing. Ice maker has no error codes and is in the process of freezing water in the ice maker.
