"Whenever airfy is selected, unit trys to preheat and then unit shuts down. Inspected and found wire harness and connections ok. Checked incoming power and found unit not getting proper cola from outlet. It appears s though a wires are crossed in the terminal box, behind unit. I informed customer that they would need a professional electrician to resolve issue. Customer understood. Left unit unplugged. I informed customer that there could be other damage done to machine because of power issue, but we would need proper voltage to unit before further diagnostics. Customer understood."

"Took quick pics, found unit showing 7-1, 9-1, 10-4 codes. Cleared codes ran diagnostic cycle. It wouldnt stop running the drain pump, foundries unit to fill. Unit fills then the motor hums and the arms dont move. Found where the motor was on my scuff shield was very hot after I put dishwasher back into counter. Need motor for repair. Motor under 10 year manufacturer warranty. Gave customer est for tc and labor of $267.70 customer agreed had office run cc for total and email receipt.
