"Took quick pics, found unit showing 0-5 off balance load, and 7-6 motor unable to reach target rpm. Ran diagnostic test with lid up and found the agitator isnt engaged on the gear case. I can put my fingers under it and move the agitator up and down. Found when it spins the gear case has a sqeak and the agitator spins separately from tub, tipped unit up and found gear case leaking oil into sound shield. Also raised feet, gear box is laying on floor because the legs are still all the way in the cabinet which had pushed the agitator up over time and damaged gearcase need parts for repair. ; ordrng 1 WP3951744 (Agitator) and 1 N15 (Job code) and 1 W11454741 (Gercase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam)"
