Put unut in test 45 water fill test and water did not flow to ice maker. Valve is energized. All l.e.dlites are dim. Freezer floor is also filling up with water and freezing into a sheet of ice from p-trap drain blockage. Found 120 volts to the fill tube heater in test 19.Ice maker still does not fill. Will need valve. Down draft is Stuck and will no move. Called tech line and spoke with Travis . Travis advised unit will have to be uninstalled to repair . Suspect customer installed screens in correctly causing unit to get stuck in down position. Unit has no crank handle to lift unit up . Unit is surrounded by Bosch glass cook top and granite. Counter tops . Called joe. Joe advised customer to charge labor for 2 men and what possible parts may be needed . File number for tech line is .7738775751. Customer asked if he would pry from bottom if I was ok with pulling down draft up from top. Downdraft went up and installed screens in correct position. Unit now functions as designed. Unit check is ok
