It will run a cycle fine without the heat from the bottom called techline spoke with Chris. I told him I had my amp meter in the outlet and the microwave is pulling 15 amps while running which is normal. Checked door switches and capacitor and diode all check ok. He said it could be one of ther thermostats over heating and shutting the microwave off. Took quick pics found unit not cooling in the refrigerator. Its about 56? in there found that the freezer is cold found air channels blocked due to ice buildup in the drain pan. Looks like from an air leak from the cabinet not being fully sealed to the liner theyre being gapping on the right side of the freezer cabinet sealed both compartments with silicone cleared all ice and got drain. Draining again unit now checks OK; used 1 WP482338 (Silicone) from stock

Found when it fills it doesnt let any cold water through and the hot will run fine for a minute then go to a trickle and the hum on the valve gets really loud and no water comes out. House has good water supply on both. Found the cold solenoid showing OL. Installed new valve. Ran recalibration and hand wash with a deep water wash unit now fills and moves to wash and rinse. Tested the unit with the vent on and it failed on red, took the dryer vent off from the wall and it passed on green, advised customer to have the house vents cleaned before use, dont push the unit back against the wall. One time courtesy, may not be covered in the future if excessive lint buildup is present"

"Found fresh food door not sealing properly. Found ice build up on freezer ceiling, towards door. Freezer door is sealing properly at this time. I found fresh food door too low. Used washer at door hinge and raised door as much as possible. Ensured door was sealed all the way around. Before installing parts did a temp check. Freezer running 5? ref low 40s. Freezer set to -5?. Ice maker slow and some ice melting. Unit showing symptoms closer to ref leak or low charge. Pressurized unit to 110# and allowed to sit. Pressure did slowly drop below initial pressure. Vacuumed and charged with recommended charge per data tag. Dye drier installed. Ordering evaporators and will install either of leak is found when returning.
