You had to push this one so much it felt like you were going to break the housing but once I got the filter all the way in I did go ahead and fill that icemaker and the water is coming through the dispenser properly. Customer also has an issue with the right hand side of the freezer collecting frost and theres always condensation on top of the freezer door in test 40 and Tess 30 for both Molly and rails. Were on adaptive control turned them on to 100% all the time also added a little bit Of gasket extender to the top of the freezer door told Customer if unit continues to ice up on the side with those changes then we will need to replace the brackets would be $598.45. Customer paid $125 will call us back Id they need to order brackets had office run cc and email receipt"

"10-1 (dispenser problem) 6-1 (low/no water) 6-6 (cool water) 3-3 (owi error). Tested unit in diagnostics and normal cycles, multiple times, inspecting all hoses and gaskets and fitting and unit in general. I found no leaks from any hoses or other parts. I did find excess suds in unit. Having not added any detergent, that could only indicate either an issue with the detergent, or the dispenser is leaking rinse aid, into tub causing the suds. The suds can overflow from door, into floor, if there are too many suds. If the dispenser is leaking rinseaid, Dispenser (W11032769) and control (W10479761) would need to be replaced. I quoted customer 668.38 for that repair, but did not recommend customer do that at this time. Customer understood. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Did not move unit. Collected 125 for service call."

"Found unit operates normally while closed or when heating with no food inside but when at temp and food producing moisture is inside and door is opened control panel can become inop, change settings, or cancel out of cycle. Panel will resume normal operation once moisture has cleared. Issue does not occur if bottom oven is used. No faults stored. Unit is connected to WiFi. Called TECHLINE. Spoke with Chris. He advised that if issue is occurring due to moisture and specifically releasing it when door is opened that is normal with capacitive touch panels as moisture is recognized as key presses. He advised covering foods when possible, using light to check food rather than opening door, and if door is opened do not partially open door which funnels all moisture directly onto panel. "Found F3e1 (water level system error). Tested unit in diagnostics and found unit completing without issues. Found pressure hose clear of suds and debris. At this time, I am unable to recreate issue. Informed customer that there could have been suds or some other debris in pressure hose, causing unit to give a false reading and has since cleared. Informed customer that the pressure switch or the control or both, failed or is failing but we since we cannot recreate issue, we cannot know for sure. I quoted cu for those repairs, 738.83 for switch and control and 342.16 for just switch. Customer understands and doesnt wish to proceed with repairs at this time. Control (W11201286) and pressure switch (WPW10448876). Collected 125 for service call."

"Customer states 3 different companies have been out and serviced unit with a variety of parts changed, customer has no description of parts changed. Customer states unit gets off balance when doing small loads. Customer has video of unit getting off balance. Customer states unit will stop when unit gets off balance and begin rinsing and starting spin cycle over again. Unit has off balance faults stored. Unit passes automatic diagnostic with no faults . Suspension is firm and planted and doesnt bounce when pressed . Unit performs normal and smooth in high spin diagnostics . Liquid wash ring is present in wash basket. Unit is firm and level. Called tech line and spoke with Adrian. Unit works as designed. To big of a load and too small of a load will make unit get off balance. File number for call is 7737303587"
