"Took quick pics, unit is in garage. Found garage is 54 degrees this morning. Found fz temp 16 and ff 35. There is ice in bucket with no indication of melting and refreezing. Took evap panel off and found the frost pattern complete. Compressor is pulling 0.8-1 amps which is in range. Ran test 6 bimetal is closed and heater is getting hot. Thermistors are in range according to tech sheet. Called techline spoke with Jeremy he documented my findings. Spoke with home owner afterwards and he states unit got moved to garage after guest had complained of warm RC temps. With the unit now in a different environment its impossible to tell what the issue was if there was an issue to begin with. As of today unit is functioning as designed. Jeremy @techline 7741331650"

"Took quick pics, found unit running in a safety loop. Found control has 1-1 internal board error and 3-1 pressure sensor error. Cleared codes and as soon as I turned knob it started safety loop again. When that finished I checked pressure hose for kinks or blockages and it is open and clear. I put into diagnostic cycle and it ran that and finished, immediately when it was done got stuck back into safety loop And repeats the 1-1 and 3-1 codes. "F6e9,f3e1,f2e2,f1e0, both ui boards, file number 7741319210. Needs hinges on big oven. Not closing all the way keeping the light on which is most likely why its stopping in the middle of the cycle. Error codes pointed to both user interface boards needing replaced. Boards are covered under warranty but labor is not covered. Hinges are not covered under any warranty. Quote to replace parts is $620.21 which is the cost of the hinges plus labor on the big oven and labor for the control panels behind the oven knobs. Both ovens were preheated to 350 before I left. Customer says unit has rear panel gap. Uploaded pictures of panel gap. Panel gap is normal . Cusotmer states unit doesnt dry clothes. Customer states clothes are damp at end of cycle . Customer also states this has been this way since install. Unit heaters. Voltage is good at terminal block . Unit cycles off and on as designed. Temps reach 158 with probe at vent . and cycles off. "Customer said cycles only complete on quick wash, no matter what type of loads they have in it. Found F8e1 (long fill) error code. Tested unit in diagnostic and unit completed without issues. Heckled pressure hose and found it intact with no holes or flash. Did find some debris in valve but water is entering unit properly at this time. Contacted tech support and spoke to Joe. I informed him of situation. He recommended replacing valve (W11513255) and control (W11513246) again.
