Entire tub sank to ground and hit ground with small load. Evidence of tub hitting ground during use on belt guard and floor. Suspension rods are weak and sag . Still no indication of leak and this failure may or may not be source of leak . Gave customer a bluebook estimate for repair for suspension rods and $482.18. Advised customer there may be additional parts needed for repair . After unit completed quick wash cycle water began running down all 4 interior walls after spin . No cooling issue with unit but unit making noise per customer. Freezer section cooling at arrival and refrigerant noise was identified by customer as noise they are hearing. Removed freezer evap cover. Factory installed mastic pushed back some from cap tube entry to evap which is designed to mitigate that noise. Removed and relocated on connection and added more further back. Pulled out and checked drier filter and cap tube placement. Adjusted drier as much as possible due to larger duel evap tubing off drier. Also attached cap tube to drier. Rear right roller broken. Will order. Noise improved but advised customer noise is a normal operating noise and not an indication of an issue. Will order parts. N15; ordrng 1 WP67005149 (Roller) and 1 67006434 (Axel)

Checked voltage coming from outlet to machine left to middle wiring on unit is 120 volts Right to middle wiring on unit is 120 voltsOutside to outside wiring is 0.00 volts should be 240 volts informed customer there is something going on with the outlet or wiring of the house and he needs to call an electrician.
