"Found condensation forming on ceiling evaporator cover. Checked and found all doors sealing properly and all fans working. Fresh food evaporator drain clear. Observed and found good frost pattern on evaporator. Customer informed me that they dont live here full time and when they came back recently they found ice had formed by freezer door gaskets after they remove ice build up, the ice didnt come back and then they noticed the moisture accumulated on fresh food evaporator cover. It appears as though the freezer door was not sealed properly, allowing humidity to enter unit and condensate on fresh food evaporator cover. Cleared he water and recommended customer keep a close eye on unit over the next few days. Customer understood. At this time, all operations ok with no leaks detected. Collected 150 for service call."

Unit passes automatic diagnostics with no faults or odd noises . Odor is from customers fabric softener and soap usage. Advised customer odors are no fault of machine. Removed rotor .
