Customer informed me that there is a crack in the liner in bottom of fresh food section (quick pic). Found freezer fan running loudly l informed customer that this is normal operations for this unit. Ice bin is mostly full. Customer said that there is 24 hours worth of running. Contacted tech support and spoke to Brandon. He said ice maker can take 72 hours to fill bin up when its empty. He said crack in liner would be cosmetic and recommended we put a small piece of Liner repair tape (482395) to ensure crack is sealed. Replaced ice maker and tested. Customer has multiple issues with unit one drawer fell of tracks and would not open and close properly. Found another drawer constantly sliding forward with doors opened and evaporator fan motor causing rubbing noise. Fixed drawer that fell off track. Raised feet of unit far enough up so the drawer no longer slides forward all the time when opening the doors. Adjusted back panel that was rubbing against evaporator fan so it no longer happens. Unit checks ok.
