"Took quick pics, found units cooktop constantly beeping. Customer states they have to flip breaker to get to to work but it will shut off during cooking if they can get it to heat at all. Pulled unit out and unplugged. Took back panel off and found the terminal block looks good and wiring to module looks good. Put cooktop into diagnostics, I was scrolling through fine, then it flashed F47 and shut off and wouldnt turn back on until I unplugged it and tried again. Same result. Ui touch is responsive. Unplugged again and removed cooktop to check resistance to burner thermostats and burner coils all resistance checks ok would need module for repair gave customer est of $848.47 customer is going to call whirlpool to see if they will issue a P&L Authorization. Had office run cc for $150 and email receipt. If customer has to pay out of pocket they will owe $698.47 on completion"
