"Took quick pics, unit has been off at the breaker since Sunday. Found control panel in Celsius and both sections turned all the way down, returned to Fahrenheit, set ff on 37 and fz on -2 took evap cover off in freezer and watched frost pattern. Both fz and ice box fan are running and sound normal. Frost pattern is moving all the way down coils properly. Put unit into diagnostics and found the fans and damper are operating as designed. Checked thermistor readouts for ff evap, ff compartment, fz evap 1 & 2, and fz compartment, and ambient, all check in range. Pulled unit out and the evap drain pan is full of water, doesnt appear to have overflowed. Checked amp drawl from compressor, found it to be 1.3 which is in range. Checked power from main acu to thermistors, ff &fz compartment, shows 5DCV. All functions appear to be normal today. Its possible door was left open and evap built excessive frost and was blocking fan, its also possible unit has defrost issue, neither can be determined definitively as of right now. Had office run cc for tc of $150 and email receipt. Unit checks ok."

"Took quick pics, found unit water barely coming out and only two slots in the imk have ice. Found the fill is low. Customer recently changed filter. Took filter out and its very light. No water has gone through filter. Inserted filter all the way. The water now comes out normal. But after running close to a gallon sometimes the dispenser steadily drips and will pool in drip tray and spill into the door. I am concerned about it leaking on the wood flooring and causing damage. Gave cust est of $251.65 for check valve connector to prevent dripping. Customer agreed. Installed part, ran 8 cups of water and not a single drip. Had office run cc for total. Filed imk and unit filled properly. Turned freezer down to -2 to help with imk thermostat. Found fz gasket has a rip in it. Need fz gasket. Also found when I took fz bins on to. Heck frost pattern both brackets bent and bracket holders have broken clips that keep the slides in place. This is causing the door to hang open and the temps to be off. "Took quick pics, found unit ff about 42 and the freezer 5 degrees. Door had been left open and customer had to turn off toggle switch to reset it. Took evap cover off and found a full frost pattern but excessive ice formed on right side of evap and suction line, defrosted it with steamer and watched evap form a full frost pattern before putting panel back on. As of right now looks like issue was from door being ajar and too much warm air getting through bottom air channel to evap. Unit checks ok had office run cc for $125 and email receipt"
