"Took quick pics, found unit imk tray had solid ice in it. The ff was set on 36 moved it to 37 and fz was set on +4 turned it to -2 to help with ice production. Found the compressor to be pulling 1.6 amps which is in range also found dryer and condenser getting hot. Cleared debris from condenser. Found the ff evap had ice coming from the grille . Took cover off found fan not spinning properly and it wont stay spinning if you turn it by hand to start it. It just jerks a small bit. Would need fan harness for repair. Gave customer est of $386.56 cust agreed. Found F7e9 (locked rotor) F2e1 (stuck button). Found unit grinding when spinning or agitating. Inspected unit and found gearcase leaking oil. Attempted to remove rotor and agitator and found them rusted to gearcase. Need to replace Spin basket (W10811957) outer tub (W11219115) stator (W11195971) rotor (W11260238) slider (W10734521) clutch (W10754448) 8 screws (W11027980) agitator (W11550891) agitator screw (W10752187) spanner nut (W10909670) filter (W11568797) filter screw (WP90767) shield (W10673062) shield screw (WP8533928) gearcase (W11393685). Found motor and inner and outer tub covered under manufacturer warranty. Parts only. Quoted customer 1416.13 to complete repairs. Customer did not wish to proceed with repairs at this time. "Took quick pics, found unit leaking from the back. Took top off, ran test 12. Found the valves and drain pump to be sealed and not leaking. Took back off and ran heavy cycle. Found the vent tube in the back splashing water out. Found the washer was lower in the back that the front, when its spinning its making the excess water push out of the tube, leveled unit and raised back feet. Ran same cycle found there water no longer comes into tube. Unit checks ok"
