"Took quick pics, found unit showing 8-1 long fill code and there are plastic bits in the valve screens, also found unit showing 7-4 basket re engagement fault. Ran manual high speed spin test and found just the agitator turns very slowly. Found the slide in one piece but clutch is showing open resistance. Also found gearcase oil in rotor. Found units door leaking from dispenser area. Unit appears to be dripping from where water comes out of dispenser. Will order dispenser/housing for repair. ; ordrng 1 W11678839 (Dispenser)

Found condensation on ceiling of fresh food section and a bit of ice build up in lower portion of evaporator. Doors sealing ok. Found refrigerator sensor and defrost sensor error codes. Also found foam on air tower damaged. Went to install dampers but noticed all dampers were cracked on one end of each damper went ahead and called techline. Took pictures of the inside of unit. Techline looked over picture and noticed back left corner of frame inside washer had a weld come out of place possibly causing the tapping noise. Techline advised to replace frame of unit. "Took quick pics, found unit showing 3-2 water inlet thermistor error, 5-1 lid open when trying to lock and 0-4 water over temp affecting motor. Found the inlet thermistor showing 0.4 ohms which is out of range. Ran unit through test 51 and found the only error that repeated was the 3-2 cleared codes ran normal cycle and let fill. Cut cycle off and checked codes again, found unit had repeated 3-2 again. Gave cust est of $504.81 customer agreed. I installed new valve with new harness, ran test 51 again with no repeat codes, also ran another regular cycle and let fill, no repeats codes after fill. Unit checks ok. Had office run cc for total and email receipt."

"Rich @techline 7739853545Took quick pics, put unit into diagnostics. Found no codes stored in diagnostic. Ran diagnostic test with top off and watched basket, found all functions completed, ran unit in a drain and spin and found pump runs and basket spins at full rpms. Found unit had a bit of a lean toward the back, leveled unit. Checked drain hose and pressure hose, pressure hose is firmly attached to control and drain hose is properly routed and proper height, and only about 5 inches are in the stand pipe. Called techline and spoke with Rich, I went over a full history of parts installed, previous techline call and that customer wants a new unit. Rich went through component checks and all check how they are supposed to against tech sheet. He did say the shifters have been having a phantom spin issue, meaning the microchip inside the shifter isnt always sending signal to control for spin. Installed new shifter and reran diagnostic cycle, found unit completed diagnostic cycle with no codes stored. Ran unit through a rinse and spin, unit filled properly and then ran the drain pump u til tub was empty and then spun basket. Did discuss proper loading and cycle selection with customer as well. Unit checks ok. ; used 1 W11481722 (Shifter) from stock"

"Customer states unit doesnt heat to temp. Customer states previous wall unit had exact same symptoms. Customer states after putting frozen dinners in cavity they arent completely cooked after one hour. Customer has turned calibration to plus 10 and now have it at plus 20. Unit has no stored faults . Preheated both cavitys with timer set and customer calibration settings. Used temp probe with weighed thermocouple. Both bake and broil activate in each cavity along with fans . Unit reached target temp in upper snd lower oven in 14 mins . Customer states temps Should be higher at temperature since unit is set at plus 20. No known service pointers .after set pointer was reached unit was turned to 500. Unit reached 500 and cycled off . Called tech line and spoke with Austin. Austin advised temperature swing can vary and that average temp by plus or minus calibration will affect average temperature and not direct temperature. Found fz door gasket ripped and magnet is falling out of the rubber, also found pantry drawer control housing full of water and the board is corroded. Found there to be a defrost issue in ff evap and the thermistor read out is incorrect on ui. Would need fz door gasket, pantry control, user interface and ff fan harness.
