Techline stated that part of display since it is near vent can get very hot when running bake. Techline stated to run unit on bake for 30 minutes while at 350. If unit does not exceed 130-140 degrees surface temp then unit is operating normally. Waited for 30 minutes while unit was at 450. Temperature got to a high of 106. Replaced compressor and drier that wasnt cooling freezer down to temperature. Before leaving I checked evaporator for frost formation and everythings looking good. Let homeowner know it takes 24-36 hours to completely get down to temperature. Also let homeowner know to wait at least a week to load up with food since warranty doesnt cover spoiled food. Also freezer would need to be put inside house to keep food from warming in winter time.

Customer stated unit flooded floor and was leaking when in use. Checked unit. Found heating element nut completely loose because of faulty bushing on element seal. Replaced heating element per special project S17304. Cycled unit for 10 minutes. Unit heating and pump operating. Unit did not leak the entire time of running. Unit checks ok. Recommended customer have insurance company come out to check flooring to see if any flooring or foundation is damaged from leak. Customer acknowledged.
