Cusotmer states unit has been leaking from sometime . Builder has been out for floor damage and cabinet damage and blamed whirlpool for leak and refuse to take responsibility for customer. Customer states unit dumped a large amount of water in floor yesterday and fault code chimed. Unit has f8-e4 stored and float tray is full of water . Emptied tray and ran diagnostics . No suds build up or leak on incoming water line during fill. Removed unit. Floors and cabinets are full of mold and . Unit has large dent in tub.unit has leaked since day on or install. "Customer states toe grill is ugly bc of notch for door wires and water lines on freezer side. Advised customer this notch is from factory for door wires and water lines. Customer also states there is glue residue from packing wrap in doors and doesnt believe doors are real stainless steel bc magnets do not stick. To door. Doors are in factory shape with no damage or scratches. Advised customer that door quality cant be changed or re made to preference. Imk will not test with test swtich pressed, installed new imk. "Customer is using Lp. Tested and found bake burner infighting and lighting ok, but then after a minute or so, it turns off again. Found LP conversion ok and right orifice in place.
