"Took quick pics, found unit door not holding tension and falling down making a noise. Found the springs and Hinges a bit stretched. Installed springs and pads at first and it still was falling down. Installed hinges and now it seems normal. It will hold its position no matter where you put it. Customer has a different home and states the dishwasher door there doesnt move at all and is a lot tighter than this one. He is going to get back to me about the type of dishwasher it is because if its the exact same one he wants the doors to feel the same. I did tell him if its the version with the square motor the hinges and tension springs are completely different. I will keep file open for a week to see if we need to go back out or not. Also I put a shim under the right front foot to help level unit because when the floor got redone they left a notch out of the board on the right side and it wont level properly.
