Customer also says when unit was working, I tends to get off balance easily. Found Service pointer (W11684122) regarding off balance issue, stating that the spin basket (W11172199) needs to be replaced. I recommended customer contact whirlpool about that. Quoted customer 320.92 for cam repair. Also found some wires in need of repair, going to motor. Customer wished to proceed with repairs. Repaired wire and installed Cam (W10721967). Recalibrated and tested unit observing for leaks and proper functions. At this time, all other functions ok with no leaks detected. Collected total. ; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Cam TS)"

"Customer still having intermittent loads which did not spin out. Most recent loads have spun out according to customer. Load in unit finishing a cycle at arrival, extremely small load. Unit predictably had a hard time distributing load to run higher spin speeds. Advised customer about the need for larger loads for unit to more easily balance. Checked faults. No faults stored. Added more to load and ran spin again. With extra weight unit spun normally. Did notice floor and unit were leaning substantially to the right. Raised front and back legs to level unit. Unit checks ok. Advised again about smaller loads being problematic for balancing during spin."

"Customer stated that intermittently all led lights go out and unit seems to warm up and ice that has been produced will melt. Unit is also very quiet when this occurs. If power is flipped off and back on it will resume normal function again. At time of repair unit operating normally. Fans running, pantry UI operational, thermistors show good. Removed pantry UI and found heavy water underneath and sone corrosion on connector. Cleaned up water and connector as much as possible. Unit is having a low voltage failure. During testing heard a faint bumping from rear main control and when bump would occur freezer fan would bump, voltage feedback. Advised customer that unit could have multiple failures at this point original cause then ice melt causing damage to drawer UI. Customer does not want to repair at this time."

Unit was giving F8E0 cooling fan errors and intermittently giving F6E8 and F6E0 comm errors. Customer states they thought the F6 errors may have occurred when the fan could not run. Cycled oven cooling fan. Fan getting voltage but locked up and unable to run. Gave est to replace fan of $508.50. Did advise that the F6 errors could be a result of the fan sensor or an unrelated issue which if unrelated would have to be displaying error to be able to diagnose which at time of repair it was not. Estimate okd. Installed fan. Cycled unit. Good fan operation on high and low. No errors. Cleared stored errors. Unit checks ok.

Found that unit is having multiple flashing lights going off. service pointer for the lights states that if unit is turned off and then back on and the lights start working its the control board for the lights. Turned off unit and powered unit back on at the breaker and lights are still flashing unit will need light repair kit. "Cusotmer states unit rips clothes, doesnt dry clothes after 70 mins and clothes ball up in drum. Unit heats and has good power at terminal block. All voltage and continuity. All components check ok including drum. No sharp objects anywhere on units interior or exterior . Unit is level and normal noise and function . Inserted probe into vent. Unit reached 220 degrees. Vent is on roof and long distance .unit has rigged vent flex house. . Customer states this is a replacement dryer bc the last dryer broke. Outside vent is completely stopped up. Showed customer no moisture or air is coming out of outside vent . Customer doesnt understand that vent restriction can cause poor drying performance. No fault of unit . Called tech line and spoke with Bruce. Unit works as designed. File number for call is 7738027910"
