"Took quick pics, found units ui doa. But when you open the door the lights come on. Checked terminal block and had 240v incoming. Went through acu power checks on tech sheet Found there to be 120 V Incoming to the board found that the J2 when unplugged has, +5 DC volts between pins two and pins four. Plugged user interface back into the ACU and turned the power back onto the unit found between the J2 one and four there is +12.7DCV Still cannot get any display would need user interface for repair gave customer estimate of $673.98 Customer will call us back if they want unit repaired. Also had Office run credit card that I added to sticky notes to run for $125 trip charge and email receipt."

"Took quick pics, found the unit damaged on both left and right sides in the front. The side panels are dented and the left one is bowed out. The front part of the chassis is bent and the leveling feet holders are cracked and broken. The rails to the drawer are off and wont screw-in because of the bend in the chassis. Also found oven wont light because unit wasnt converted properly. Just the valve screw has been flipped. Neither the stove or oven orfices have been changed. Called techline and spoke with Nate. 77367178602 he escalated unit to non repairable and had me direct the customer back to customer service."

"Took quick pics, customer showed me a video of what it was doing. If all 4 or 3 of the burners are on Performance Boost it will turn itself down on different elements. Customer never got a manual and states on kitchen aids website, their model number shows discontinued so they couldnt find it. Found on page 12 of owners manual it talks about how the module will automatically turn the PB off after 10 minutes and will turn it down if each side has one on to avoid overheating and overloading the module. It also states it will only allow one element from each side to run PB at a time. Unit checks ok. Emailed pdf of manual to customer"

"Customer states when he came home water was all over floor and damaged floors. Unit has no been ran nor any cycle had been selected or started for several days . No water in tub. "Took quick pics found unit DOA Took door off checked voltage and incoming leads on board. Found 0 V coming through took the kick plate off the bottom and tested through the nuts. Found 0 V coming through still. Went to the breaker box found all the breakers are flipped on, so I flipped all the breakers labeled for the kitchen and that particular wall off, took the nuts off of the leads coming into the dishwasher and wrapped my meter leads around the incoming power wires flipped all the breakers back on, and still no voltage coming through. Did find a cut off switch under the Cabinet to the right of the dishwasher and that is where the power wire comes in from is that switch flip that switch in both directions no power coming through. The tenant that staying there and did say that there was a big storm. I believe there is an incoming power issue in the switch that the dishwasher is hardwired into or its also possible its in the breaker but customer would need an electrician to correct power issue. Had Office run credit card for $150 trip charge an email receipt to customer."

Turned two bowls right side up in top and bottom rack. Ran normal cycle. Found the bowls filled with water and both arms turning. Advised customer clean the unit using affresh tablets. No success .called tech line and spoke with ed. sent pictures to Ed. Ed advised there is cabinet damage that isnt repairable. Cabinet cant be repaired and is non serviceable. Water filter kicks back out once filter is installed. Replaced water filter housing . Result is the same. Customer has high water pressure. After changing filter housing customer stated he has removed water tank due the fact he didnt like the look of Curled up water line sitting against back wall of refrigerator. Customer has removed factory water installation parts for his own liking . Tried to reinstall parts back to factory and couldnt get factory installed to go back together correctly . 3rd water line has no female insert . Customer has moved water fittings for water tank to outside of refrigerator for his liking. Called tech line and spoke with Jonathan. Sent pictures to tech line of customers alterations . Pictures of removed and moved components are uploaded to quick picks. Techline advised to call trade care and report findings of customer altering unit. Customer created own problem by altering unit. Refusing further service due to liability. Tech line agreed. File number from tech line is 7737147720.
