"7740125445 Took quick pics, found unit 5-4 latch motor code, cleared latch code and 2-1 stuck button key. Ran through auto test, found the loads pass checks and there are no faults or errors found at the end of the auto test. Found when I activate the clean button to move the latches in diag menu. They both move, the upper one makes a terrible clicking sound intermittently. Found the upper door latch is now in the unlocked position and the door still wont open. I put inflatable hand pump on either side and the door will move slightly but it wont open. The hinges are seized up and both doors have two active hinges, would need parts for repair gave customer est of $915.09 customer is gonna call us back if they want to proceed. Had office run cc for $150 and email receipt"
